⍤Registration can be directly on the UHAMZAH Medan campus (PKSM Secretariat) or represented or can be via POS, Phone, Fax, or via Internet (via Online Admission).
⍤New Student Admissions Afternoon / Evening Lecture (Hybrid / Blended) are held EVERY SEMESTER.
For Odd Semester Year 2026/2027, registration schedule is as follows :

⍤D3, Polytechnic, Academy, or equivalent from a variety of majors.
⍤Transfer students, or graduates D2, D1, or S1 graduate majoring different.

⍤ Fill in the Registration Form
⍤ Filling "Payment Tuition Fee Schedule Form"
⍤ Pay the registration fee IDR 100.000, -
⍤ For High School Graduates / Senior High School / Senior High School :
» Submit a copy of diploma / STTB legalized Original 3 pieces of the latest.
» Copy of ID card of 3 sheets.
» Copy of Family Card / Deed of Birth by 1 sheet.
» Fill out the Double-Registration Registration Form.(Already provided at the P2K Registration Secretariat)
» Last 2x3 size (5pcs) and 3x4 (5pcs) and 4x6 (5pcs).
» Red Map for Faculty of Law, Yellow Map for Faculty of Economics, Blue Map for Faculty of Engineering and Map Green for Faculty of Agriculture.
⍤ For Transfer Students :
» Submit a copy of diploma / STTB SLTA that legalized Original 3 pieces of the latest.
» Submit a Valued Transcript from a Original Original Campus Original 3 sheets
» Certificate of Move (From Campus Origin).
» Copy of ID card of 3 sheets.
» Copy of Family Card / Deed of Birth by 1 sheet.
» Fill out the Double-Registration Registration Form.(Already provided at the P2K Registration Secretariat)
